Biggest Questions Heading into Money in the Bank

WWE

With less than 24 hours until Money in the Bank in Toronto, there are many questions that the fans need answered. The Money in the Bank premium live event is one of the most exciting events of the year for the sole reason of the Money in the Bank ladder matches. The anticipation of the superstars climbing the ladder to see who will grab the contract and punch their ticket to a title opportunity anytime and anywhere keeps the fans on their toes at all times. The Money in the Bank match card is one to be excited for and I’m sure we can expect a lot to happen. Will we see any returns? Who will ascend to the top of the ladder and grab the briefcase?

Will Drew McIntyre Get Screwed Over for a Third Time by CM Punk?

This past Monday on Raw, Drew McIntyre qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match by defeating Sheamus and Ilja Dragunov in a Triple Threat Qualifying match. He claimed after the match that he’s going to grab the briefcase and cash in the same night to win back his World Heavyweight Championship. During SmackDown Friday night, Drew said to the other Money in the Bank ladder match competitors that he’s gonna do the same thing to them that he did to CM Punk if any of them get in McIntyre’s way. Last Friday on SmackDown, Drew McIntyre attacked CM Punk in his hometown of Chicago and left him bloodied and battered. It's possible we can see CM Punk show up at Money in the Bank to cost McIntyre another shot at regaining his World Heavyweight Championship.

Can Bron Breakker Win His First Singles Championship in WWE Since Joining the Main Roster?

Bron Breakker has been on a tear ever since arriving on the scene in WWE. He’s defeated the likes of Ricochet and Ilja Dragunov and has gone toe-to-toe with Ludwig Kaiser and Sheamus. Now, he gets his first title opportunity in such a short time after getting challenged by the Intercontinental Champion himself, Sami Zayn. This past Monday on Raw, the two exchanged some words before their big match and also exchanged some blows. Bron Breakker hit Sami with a second spear to close out the segment when it looked like for a minute, Sami Zayn had the upper hand in that brawl. This should be an exciting match to watch as Sami Zayn takes on debatably his hardest test yet, the physical and dominant Bron Breakker.

Will Seth “Freakin” Rollins Win Back the World Heavyweight Championship He Lost At WrestleMania 40?

Seth Rollins made his return to Raw two weeks ago since he lost his World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40. He said that he wanted to come back and reclaim the title that he lost. Damian Priest came out and challenged Seth Rollins to a World Heavyweight Championship match at Money in the Bank, which Rollins accepted. Damian Priest wants to prove that he can win without the help of “The Judgement Day” there to help him. It’s safe to say that “The Judgement Day” is in shambles right now due to Liv Morgan being a distraction to not just “Dirty” Dominick Mysterio, but the whole group. Finn Balor said to Priest, “Ever since you won that title, you’ve changed.” Will any of this be a distraction to the champ, Damian Priest, as he is set to battle Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship?

Can the New Bloodline Be Stopped with the Newest Addition of Jacob Fatu?

Last week on SmackDown, Solo Sikoa hosted an Acknowledgement Ceremony for the new Bloodline. “The Wiseman” Paul Heyman didn’t acknowledge Solo as his Tribal Chief, so the new Bloodline put Heyman through the announce table. At Money in the Bank, the new Bloodline takes on the team of the WWE Universal Champion Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens in a Six-man tag team match. The new Bloodline looks as dangerous as ever now that Paul Heyman is out of the picture and that they have Jacob Fatu on their side. Could we see the possible return of Roman Reigns and set his sights on Solo after what he did to Roman’s “Wiseman?” Could we even see Jimmy Uso return to take out Solo after what he did to him during the SmackDown after WrestleMania?
