Who Is Left to Face AJ Styles Post-WrestleMania 41?

WWE

WrestleMania 41 delivered some of the most shocking moments we've seen in a long time, with John Cena winning the Undisputed World Championship against Cody Rhodes, and many more moments. However, after AJ Styles vs. Logan Paul concluded, many fans wondered, “What’s next for AJ Styles?” The Phenomenal One showed he’s still got it, delivering top-tier performances even in his late 40s. His smooth in-ring style and powerful storytelling keep earning him respect from both fans and fellow superstars. Now that the post-Mania dust has settled, there may not be that many big-name opponents left for Styles. However, there are ones that are still out there that can make for some seriously exciting outcomes.

One name that immediately jumps to the top of the list is John Cena. The now 17-time World Champion stunned everyone at WrestleMania 41 by dominating Cody Rhodes to win the WWE Undisputed Championship. Fans have been begging for a heel version of Cena for over a decade, and now that it’s finally here, a showdown with a babyface AJ Styles could deliver one of the most emotionally charged feuds we've seen in years. With Cena’s unmatched mic work and AJ’s brilliance in the ring, the chemistry would be off the charts. They’ve had iconic battles before, but this wouldn’t just be a rematch, as it’d be a brand-new chapter in both of their legendary careers.

Another big name in the mix is Jey Uso. He just pulled off the biggest win of his career by capturing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. A matchup between Styles and Jey would be a clash of two fan favorites, with Jey’s raw energy and deep connection with the crowd going head-to-head with AJ’s technical brilliance. It’s the kind of main event that feels special and would push both superstars to new heights.

Then there’s the dream match fans have been begging for years: AJ Styles vs. CM Punk. With Punk finally back in WWE and AJ still at the top of his game, the timing couldn’t be more perfect. These two have never gone head-to-head in a WWE ring, and the potential for an all-time classic is through the roof. Punk’s sharp edge and mic skills, paired with Styles’ incredible work in the ring, could give us one of the most memorable rivalries of the decade. Overall, there are certainly a handful of outcomes that WWE could go with to end AJ Styles’ career with a bang.
