Who Will Be the Final Team Member for the Original Bloodline at WarGames?

WWE

The Original Bloodline is officially reunited and fans are feeling pretty “ucey” about it. This past Friday on SmackDown, the former “Honorary Uce” Sami Zayn attacked Solo Sikoa and stood side-by-side with the Usos and the OTC Roman Reigns, raising their ones in the air to end the show. Sikoa issued the challenge of a five-on-five match at Survivor Series: WarGames to Reigns, saying that the fifth member of his team was Sami Zayn. That’s when Zayn came out to defend Reigns and attack Sikoa after the new Bloodline took him down. Each Bloodline now needs one more team member for their respective sides, the question is, who will be the Original Bloodline’s fifth team member be?

This past Monday on Raw, the Usos and Sami Zayn made an appearance to recruit their fifth member. Zayn was caught talking to Seth Rollins, asking if he wanted to be the fifth team member for the Original Bloodline. He brought up the possibility of there still being a family bond between Rollins and Reigns, no matter how bad things got. Rollins responded by saying to Sami, “You’re out of your damn mind.” Later in the night, Rollins was approached by Solo Sikoa, asking him to join their team instead. Rollins responded by saying, “Never again in my life will I team with Roman Reigns, but I will never join forces with a wannabe Roman Reigns.” Rollins has some unfinished business with “Big” Bronson Reed at the moment, so it looks like Seth Rollins won’t be in the Bloodline equation whatsoever.

Jimmy Uso decided to do some recruiting as well on Raw. He was talking to none other than the Intercontinental Champion, Bron Breakker. Uso approached Breakker briefly and said, “You got a second? I’d like to talk to you.” Bron responded by saying, “I got a second.” We didn’t see the full conversation backstage, but by the looks of it, Bron Breakker has become another possible option to be the fifth team member for the Original Bloodline. The current Intercontinental Champion has some history with Jey Uso, both of them fighting one another in recent times for the Intercontinental Championship. Jey first defeated Breakker for the title, holding his first Singles Championship as a solo superstar. Breakker then won the title back by defeating Uso with help from the new Bloodline, causing Jey to reunite with his brother Jimmy and Roman Reigns to take them on at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. Bron Breakker as the fifth team member could be wild as we’ve seen Breakker and Jacob Fatu face-to-face on the Raw that he won the Intercontinental Championship back from Jey. Breakker and Jey Uso will have to put their past aside and get along somehow.

Another viable option for the OG Bloodline would be the current WWE Universal Champion, Cody Rhodes. The last time he was involved in Bloodline business was when he teamed up with Roman Reigns at Bad Blood, picking up the victory over Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. Rhodes is also on good terms with Jey Uso and Sami Zayn, so there shouldn’t be any quarrels there. However, it wouldn’t be a good look for Roman Reigns since he looks to take back the title he lost at WrestleMania when WarGames is all said and done with. It’s also possible that the “Wiseman” Paul Heyman could make his return after Solo and the new Bloodline took him out almost five months ago. If there was any time Roman Reigns would need his Wiseman, it’d be now to help him think of a fifth team member. With two more weeks until Survivor Series: WarGames, both teams will be attempting to find their fifth member. No matter who the fifth members of each team are, this match is turning out to be one of the most anticipated matches of the year, considering the storytelling behind the Bloodline saga as a whole.
