Will Malakai Black Return to WWE?
Malakai Black recently left AEW. Could he potentially sign with the WWE, as he has wrestled for the company before under the name Alistair Black? His run in the WWE was very lackluster, as he had a good run in NXT, but on the main roster, he flopped as he didn’t have many good storylines going in for him in the main roster. His feud with Seth Rollins was a fantastic opponent for him, as Seth Rollins is considered one of the best wrestlers in the WWE. WWE thought about pairing these two superstars together in a match/storyline. They thought they could produce some great matches with Seth and Black, but it ended up being a complete flop, as not many fans in the arena were interested in the feud. Recently, there has been some news that Alistair Black/Malakai could potentially return to the WWE. Will his name be the same during his first run with the WWE, or will it be Malakai Black, the same name that he had in the AEW?
However, there has been no news of Alistair Black/Malakai signing with the WWE, as there are currently rumors saying that he could potentially sign with the WWE. However, Triple H would be interested in reassigning Malakai Black to the WWE, as he had a successful run. In the NXT, when Triple H was running it, he won the NXT title. Can Alistair Black win a title in the WWE main roster? As he can potentially win the WWE Championship, could he also win the Intercontinental Championship or any mid-card title in his second run in the WWE? Could he potentially go down to NXT and compete there? He had some success in NXT.
The question is, can Malakai Black be successful in the WWE, or will he flop again? During his run in the main roster, the company was being run by Vince McMahon, but now it is run by Triple H it will be a different scenery for Malakai Black as he can experience it in a different light the company compared. During his first run in the company, Vince McMahon wasn’t known for giving superstars creative control. Now, he can thrive with Triple H, as Cody Rhodes came to the WWE and was very successful, as he came from AEW, and now he is the face of the company.
