Jae Crowder Re-Signs with the Bucks
Jae Crowder has signed a new deal with the Milwaukee Bucks. Since being drafted in the second round in the 2012 NBA draft, Crowder has had a very solid career in the NBA. Despite being 33 years old, he can still provide as a role player and a mentor for any team in the NBA.
At the height of Jae Crowder’s career, he was starting every game for the Celtics between 2015 to 2017 and was averaging 14 points, five rebounds and two assists a game. However, after leaving the Celtics his shooting would dramatically decline which led to him not getting as many starts or minutes for the several other teams he played for. Recently though with the Bucks, he was once again able to shoot efficiently even if he was only scoring about six points a game.
Although the best part of Jae Crowder’s may be behind him, he can still provide efficient shooting and effective defensive versatility to any second team. At this stage in his career, he will best be utilized for his catch-and-shoot ability offensively and can provide great effort given his big frame on the defensive side. He can also start for a team if needed, but will likely need complementary stars on the court to be able to play effectively because he is unlikely to get buckets on his own.
