Long Shot Parlay of the Week

NFL

As the NFL season heats up, so does the action on the sportsbooks. There have already been some super exciting games and upsets that have already happened this season. With surprise teams emerging, there are new opportunities for betters to exploit. So, what are the bets that are being undervalued this week?

Philadelphia Eagles vs. New Orleans Saints Over 53 Total Points

Both of these teams have explosive offenses and are teams of interest this season. The Saints were regarded as overrated heading into the season, but this offense has been the best in the NFL out of the blue. Meanwhile, the Eagles' defense has been exposed in the first two games of the season. Expect both of these offenses to put up points in this game.

Indianapolis Colts -2.5 vs. Chicago Bears

The Bears offense is looking really unpolished with Caleb Williams at the helm. The Bears offensive line is like a turnstile, and Caleb Williams clearly can’t handle the pressure at this stage in his career. Meanwhile, the Colts, with Anthony Richardson, are looking for redemption as they have slipped to 0-2. The Colts are going to run the ball and play complimentary football in this game, which should be enough to get the Colts their first win of the season.

Los Angeles Chargers ML vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Chargers are looking like a brand new team with Jim Harbaugh in command. This run game with J.K. Dobbins looks formidable, which has taken some of the load off of Justin Herbert. Despite the lack of weapons for Herbert, he has become a more efficient quarterback because of it. The Steelers, on the other hand, haven’t been able to score over 20 points this season. Both of these teams are really tough and gritty, but I expect the better quarterback to emerge victorious in this game of two unbeaten teams.

Las Vegas Raiders -5 vs. Carolina Panthers

The Panthers have looked so horrible to start the season that they have already benched their former first-overall pick, Bryce Young. They have been outscored 73-13 through two games to start the season. The Panthers are on complete fire and will likely get blown out again. The Raiders are coming off a tremendous win against the Baltimore Ravens, and I expect them to continue the trend of beating up the lackluster Panthers. Putting Andy Dalton in command might quench the fire a bit, but appointing a new quarterback can’t fix all the problems that this Panthers team has.
