Golf 2025 Player Prediction: Bryson DeChambeau
There was a good balance of surprise wins, dominant performances, heartbreaks, and life-changing moments in the professional golf world in 2024. We had players go on historic runs, players reach new highs, and players reach new lows. These professional golfers gave the fans a little bit of everything in 2024, so what can we expect from them in 2025? Who will win the 2025 Majors? Will someone dominate the year? Whose game will fall off? Here is the 2025 Player Prediction for Bryson DeChambeau.
Official World Golf Ranking: 10
Wins: One - U.S. Open Championship
Major Wins: One - U.S. Open Championship
2024 Summary
Bryson DeChambeau had a hell of a 2024 at the majors and on YouTube. He finished tied for sixth at the Masters, second at the PGA Championship, and won the U.S. Open Championship. On top of major success, his YouTube channel has gained well over a million subscribers with millions of views. He has videos of him playing with the likes of Tom Brady, Tony Romo, President Donald Trump, and various other professional golfers and golf influencers. Individually, his LIV season didn’t include a win, but his team, Crushers GC, finished the year at first. On the LIV Tour, he ranked first in driving distance and third in eagles. He is currently ranked 10th in the official world golf rankings.
2025 Prediction
It seems that DeChambeau has shifted his focus on two things: his YouTube channel and his majors. “Normal” LIV Tour events may just be something he does to make money for his other ventures, and that is completely okay for someone like DeChambeau. He’s always been viewed as a little quirky amongst fans and other players, but he’s seemingly found a way he can be completely himself, and it’s been a good breath of fresh air for his image in the golf world. As long as he continues to put himself in contention in majors, no one can really say anything about the way he goes about his golf career. If playing a round with the president on YouTube means also winning the U.S. Open, I can think of a ton of pros that would sign up in a heartbeat. My prediction for Bryson DeChambeau’s 2025 is three or more total wins, contention in, and potentially winning another major, possibly the Masters or PGA Championship, making the U.S. Ryder Cup Team, and finishing the year in the top 10 of the official world golf rankings.
